How you use words can either help you or destroy you.
Just by changing how you use specific words can influence your behaviour.
For example, I want to be rich over I must get rich
Which do you think has much a big impact to you?
I remember a good example from Robert Kiyosaki in terms of spending, he says
“When buying something, poor people always say we don’t have money but the rich will say how can I get that money”
I really like that example as it gives you an illustration on how rich people or successful people think.
Saying you don’t have money is a limiting belief and stops you from achieving what you want. Instead think of a way you can get what you want.
Most of us lack the skill to solve problem and this example is a good wake up call to stop limiting yourself.

It is important to know what is the best way to sell your product so you can save your marketing budget.
As it doesn’t make sense to invest your budget on marketing platforms or strategies if it doesn’t provide you with your RIO
In order for you to determine what is the one best way to sell your product you need to run a rapid experimentation.
Why run rapid experimentation?
No one knows what is the best way to sell your products as it depends on a lot of things.
- The type of product you have
- Who are your targeted demographics or audience
- Where are they coming from or where you can reach them
No one can just say do social media marketing as this works best, or do email marketing or any marketing strategies.
You don’t know what works until you validate them and that is through experimentation.
The faster you can run experiment the faster you can identify the strategy that works best for your business in selling your products or services
Is it important to know your audience or demographics?
Yes, it is very important as not everyone are interested and not everyone are fit with your product or services.
Imagine you are selling a shampoo that prevents hair loss and makes your hair shine,
Can you see sell this to bald people right?
How about you are offering website maintenance services, your target audience should be businesses or professionals that already have a website
Now if you do’t know your target audience you are going to waste a lot of resources trying to convince people without hair to buy your shampoo and business to get your services when they don’t have a website to begin with.

What Would Others Think Mentality
What Would Others Think Mentality

Way back when I was in high school, I always felt there’s this invisible hand stopping me every time I try to do something out of the norm.
I always wanted to do things differently on my own…
I don’t know if it’s pride or its just me wanting to be different.
When I got older, wiser (that’s what I like to think), and more mature, I realised that there was no invisible hand that stopping me from doing what I think I should be doing.
It was all in my head
Like literally, it was all in my head.
Every time I wanted to do something, I subconsciously think what might others think of me and it resulted me not doing the things I loved and I begun to rely on this mentality.
If there was something I wanted to do, I always refer back to this notion
“What would others think?”
And I have been doing this until college and now looking back, I wished I knew better.
It all changed when I decided to build a relationship and a family.
It was a major decision that I couldn’t let anyone’s opinion control or dictate my decisions.
So I man up and decided to get married with the woman of my choosing and build a family immediately after getting married.
And now we have a very active little boy and I couldn’t be happier.
We are sometimes controlled by this thinking “What would others think?” that we sometimes forget that this is our life, we paint our own picture.
You are the captain of your own ship so take control…
After I decided to make sure that I will not, ever again let other people’s opinions stop me from doing what I think is right and ethical.
I was happy…
I felt relieved even though sometimes my plan fails just the thought that I was in control over my decisions and my life in general, I couldn’t careless if I fail or succeed I know I will just bounce back and do it again.
Sometimes life can get hard that you need someone to take the wheel for you for just a few minutes and that is why I started relying on God.
He makes everything clear to me, calms my heart and mind.
If you are struggling with the same issue? I pray that you open up your heart to God and let him take control of your ship and guide you to the right path.
