Almost a year ago September 01, 2016 I decided to lose weight and I know for sure that this is going to be the ONE.

The ONE that I don’t procrastinate, that I don’t take things for granted anymore and given my situation that time, there is no way i’m delaying getting back to shape.

I weigh around 102kg that time and currently I’m at 83-84kg it was not easy believe me, there were times that I feel like giving up and there were times that everything feels useless. But my resolve and reason for getting back into shape was more powerful and more convincing than all the complains and insecurities combine.

I saw this fitness trainer on youtube and told myself i’m going to get 6 packs and build big muscles. So I watched all his videos and all his stuff and I was so motivated and pumped to get started but the moment I started with the program and saw how hard it was my motivation starts to drop low and until I was no longer motivated to perform any of the exercises and meal plans,

I started to complain.

One thing I’ve learned about my experience is that everybody loves the results but hates the process.

If I loved the process of losing weight, it wouldn’t take me more than a year to lose 19kg, probably 2-3 months but I was only loving the results that would have if I lose weight but not the actual process of losing weight.

Learned my lesson and now I love the process as much as I love my results.

Now in what situation you were so motivated about the results but when you started doing the process you were unmotivated to follow up? Would love to hear your experience.
