To be honest i’m really not the guy who exercise a lot judging from my photos in Facebook, but there was a time in my life that sweating and doing a lot of activity was fun. But now I sit almost 16 hours a day working and exercising is no longer fun. But now that I have some issues with my uric acid level, I needed to discipline myself and start doing physical activities and eating healthy.
